I am an intelligent, articulate, kind, calm, motivated, very positive and happy, professional life coach with a diverse clientele that includes working with teenagers and college students by phone. I love coaching, its flexibility and the fulfillment I get from enabling a person to follow their passion in life. I do, however, have an extraordinary passion for working with children and animals--especially with special needs--that is missing. I have a BS in Human Development, and an MS in Child and Family Studies. I have been a nanny and babysat for children of all ages--infants through teens for 20+ years. I have worked in schools, hospitals and homes with children with special needs ranging from purely physical, to cognitive, to auditory, to medical, to behavioral, and beyond. I worked in the mental health field with kids who had emotional and behavioral issues due to abuse for over a decade. I have long been drawn to both children and animals with special needs. They have always touched my heart and soul to the core, providing me with inspiration and perspective about what is really important, and I would feel very blessed to have an opportunity to work with them again. :)
