I can't say enough great things about Melissa! It's nerve-wracking trying to find the perfect person to care for your little ones - You want that person to be trustworthy and safe and gentle, but also understanding of your concerns and household nuances. If you're lucky enough to hire Melissa, you've just checked all those boxes. She watched our 18 month old for one full year, and was never late a single day. Our little one loves her so much, and Melissa was great at matching the development pace every day, taking time for walks and reading and spending quality time that really brought out new skills. She often added new ideas to the day based on our little one's preferences - And did all this while also working around our schedules and a sometimes hectic household. It was such a relief to me knowing she was there, and we were so glad we found her!
