I am a practicing pharmacist looking to work with seniors and disabled individuals one-on-one in your home to make sure you are taking your medications in a safer, more cost-effective and efficient way. After more than 12 years of working in pharmacies, I know the challenges and frustrations you experience! I will provide an in-home consultation where we will review your medications to make sure they are right for you, that you understand them and are using them properly. We will develop a Personal Health Record for you to keep and find ways to save money on your prescriptions. (Most of my patients can save $600-1200 per year). We will clean out your medicine cabinet and make sure you have a reminder system that works for you. We will discuss any questions you have about your health conditions, lab results- anything! I can manage your refills to be sure you don't run out and set up monthly deliveries. We can discuss any questions you have at the time of your refills. I will review your medications when there are changes and make updates to your health record and medication list. Initial In-Home Consultations are $175 I look forward to meeting you!
