I worked for Pleasanton school district from 2000 to 2009 when my first daughter was born. During that time, I worked with children with a variety of special needs from Pre-K to high school. I also worked for a non-profit organization for several years as the activities coordinator. From 2009 to current I have been doing behavior modification, social programs and speech therapy privately for families with special needs kids.

Very good provider. I met Melissa about 3 years ago and she is such a wonderful person. I love how she takes time with those she cares for. Her daughters have grown to love my son and he adores them like his little sisters. As an only child he had no one to play with and at his development level he was more a 4 year old than not so her daughters being 3 and 1 was pretty much an amazing fit. Melissa is outgoing, patient and loving. An amazing caregiver ... She gives her all in what she does and makes sure to care for those in her care. Love Melissa as she always makes herself available to me and that helps me a lot.
