About Melanie

Hi, I'm Melanie! I believe learning should be both meaningful and enjoyable. I hold a Masters in Special Education and have taught grades K-12 in both public and charter schools for the past decade. I love working one-on-one and in small groups because it gives students the individualized attention they need to succeed. Despite my own learning disability, I was the first in my family to graduate from college and build a career in education. I'm passionate about helping students build self-confidence, overcome challenges, and discover their potential!
