I have been an elementary school teacher for 11 years (2nd-4th grade). Before becoming a teacher I was an instructional assistant working in mild to moderate special education classrooms. I am fluent in American Sign Language and I am a certified Teacher of the Deaf and hard of hearing. I have tutored elementary, middle school and high school students (general education and special education). I love modifying assignments and lessons to figure out how each child learns best.
