Hello! My name is Megan, and I first developed a passion for working with children with special needs when I had the opportunity to volunteer at the UW Autism Center in their Toddler Assessment Program. It was here that I was introduced to the types of support and interventions available for children with autism and their families, and because of this experience, I decided to transfer academic institutions and pursue a degree in psychology. I went on to complete my bachelor's degree while simultaneously working for the non-profit organization Northwest Behavioral Associates (NBA) in Bellevue, WA. I worked for NBA for three-and-a-half years, during which time I served as a home tutor and in-school academic support delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic interventions for students ranging from three to 16 years of age. I truly have a personal passion for working with children with special needs and would love to see if I would be a good fit for you and your family!
Bachelor's, 2015
