I grew up with a brother who was partially deaf with Autism, ADHD, SPD and lung issues. I cared for him as much as my mother, a single working mom. I have cared for a niece who is non-verbal, chair restricted, and tube fed. I have 4 children, 2 that are neurodivergent. I was a nanny to a non-verbal asd youth for about 8 months. I am familiar with caring for those who need assistance due to physical disabilities, including those who are non-verbal, need changed/washed, fed various ways and given medication. I am also a volunteer. I am outgoing and chatty, yet also calm and extremely patient. I love to encourage others to share themselves with me, but am happy to sit contently by your loved ones side when they need. I really find joy in caring for others and helping them to feel good about themselves at the same time.
