Hello! My name is McKenzie. I am 24 years old, from Wellington, FL. I graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida, but I am looking to further my education by getting my master's in Occupational Therapy. I have many years of experience working as a nanny for children of all ages. I also have experience talking care of a woman with cerebral palsy and her service dog, Watson. I predominantly work with children with ASD, and occasionally children with Down syndrome. A couple of the children that I worked with were nonverbal so I am very familiar with Proloquo on iPads and tablets. I recently moved back to Orlando, and am looking to work as much as you need me to. I am comfortable working with kids, pets, the elderly, and service animals. I am a person with a disability, and I have a stepson who is 12 years old. McKenzie helped us last summer from approximately May through August, when she was home for the summer from college. she was extremely reliable and dependable. She was detail-oriented, conscientious and a quick learner. She also assisted in caring for my stepson, and managing our home. McKenzie does very well with detailed instructions and a consistent schedule. If she were still in the area, we would hire her again without hesitation.
