I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Mayra for a Nanny position with your family. She has been caring for our child since his birth in December 2013. My family and I are leaving the NY area at the end of June 2015, so unfortunately will not be able to benefit from her services. However, I take joy in knowing that she will be able to serve you and your family as well as she did ours. There are multiple reasons why I would recommend her services, some among them being: * She's wonderful with our child and shows him unconditional love and care. In return he loves her and whenever is time for her to leave for the day, always wants her to stay. * She always takes initiative without needing to ask her for anything. She has enriched our family not only by caring for our son but also by cooking (she's an excellent cook) and helping with some cleaning tasks. * We have placed a lot of trust on her and she has never disappointed us. Whether it is taking our son to the park, to various classes, museums or just watching him alone in our home, she has always demonstrated excellent judgment. Therefore I am confident in saying she's a very trustworthy person. * She is bilingual (Spanish and English) and has taught our child both languages in ways that have accelerated his cognitive development. * She's meticulous with details and keeps excellent records of our child's daily activities including foods and beverages consumed, diaper changes, activities, developmental milestones and doctor appointments. There are many more reasons I would feel confident in recommending her to serve for your family, but hopefully these are evidence enough of her excellent work and abilities.
