He worked for me at my performance school for three years. He was assistant rehearsal director for three years and office assistant for one. Max was a dedicated and loyal employee. I trusted him totally in all duties. He was always on time and ready to work. He volunteered regularly for any outside activity that came up. One thing that sticks out is his end of shift statement to me: "Is there anything else you need me to do?" That statement speaks volumes.
