Hello, nice to meet you on Care. com! I have worked as an ABA therapist with a reputable company assisting a 12-year-old boy with ASD, while in his home and the community. We enjoyed spending weekends at the beautiful new therapeutic integration center. Also, I have worked for Parks & Recreation in Inclusion Support from 07-09. As Summer Camp Staff, I assisted in their gymnastics, tennis, swimming, arts and crafts programs and much more. While working in the AACPS from 01-07, I assisted with children from age 3 in ECI classes up to seniors aged 21. As a job coach with their Community Vocational Program I taught job skills to help them be successful in their paid positions in the community. In 05-07, I was a Technician implementing a program mentoring at-risk Special Education HS students. In 2012, I earned 2 special education support certificates. Caring for children of all abilities comes naturally me. It would be my pleasure to assist your family.

Maureen has watched my children on numerous occasions over the past year and a half. She is extremely responsible, trustworthy, and reliable, and has a wealth of experience as both a mother and grandmother. She engages with the children the whole time she is with them. And they are very excited when she comes over. It is comforting to know that they are in her care while we are out because we know they are being cared for as we would.
