Matt managed my recording studio, The Factory Underground, for 3 years. He had to deal with a lot of scheduling and many personality types, especially being a part of the entertainment industry. Not only managing clients, he also had to manage and schedule interns/employees. In the 3 years that he ran the studio, I can't recall one issue that we had with any client or employee.
