I am mature, stable and reliable. I'm both a licensed mortgage loan officer and have a very small wholesale business (that only take up about 30-35 hours per week). Both have a lot of flexibility and allow me to work remotely. I'm an early riser and my mornings until 1 or 2 p.m. are very open. Having been a full-time caregiver for a parent with Alzheimer's, so for seniors, I know there is a lot of need. I would be most comfortable running errands, doing light work around the house, both inside and out (yard work is fine). Also, I have a lot of business experience with common sense and executive background (maybe these are helpful). I was born and raised in Dayton and attended Alter High School. I live in Centerville and would prefer assignments south of SR 35. I am a light smoker, but only outside and never in someone's home or car.
