Matina is an absolute gem! I hired her to act as a personal assistant to my elderly (but very independent and mentally savvy) parents, to drive them to appointments, shopping etc. and assist in other administrative type duties. The week before Matina started, my Mother had a terrible fall and broke her arm clean through. Needless to say Matina had to pick up cooking and other household duties while Mum recovered from surgery. All this she did with ease and confidence and literally became part of our very large family. My father died in September 2018 and having Matina to help Mum get through that, packing up all his things and then assisting with the move of Mum to my Brothers house was invaluable. Unfortunately, Mum has now passed too, and that is the only reason that Matina will be leaving us. Matina is very intelligent, efficient, capable and has a wry sense of humor that both Mum and Dad loved. I can't recommend her enough!
