My husband and I are in the medical field which require long hours and a varying schedule We hired her to take &/or pick up our daughter from school & watch her for up to 15 hours/day on the weekends. She was very accommodating with our schedules. She was kind enough to meet us for two separate interviews, in a public location & at our home where she met our daughter and dog. They loved her instantly and that's when we knew she was the person for the position. She is prompt, some days she is asked to arrive as early as 5:30am. She is dependable, we never worry about our daughter being picked up on time. Our daughter's homework is always complete and the house is always in order upon our arrival home. She has taken the time to get to know our daughter. She has excellent communication through out her shift with us in reference to allowance of activities and additional tasks we may want our daughter to complete. Shanti is a blessing and we highly recommend her.
