Nicole has been working with our son since he was 6 months old (and now he is 13 months). She has such a nurturing personality and is genuinely excited when she opens the door and sees our son each morning. We love the fact that Nicole keeps track of what our son does throughout the day so she can report this back to us at pick-up. She is also communicative throughout the day if something is wrong; we appreciate that she keeps us in the loop on decisions. Our family is so lucky to have Nicole to care for our son and we would highly recommend her to any family needing care - she is amazing!
