I've worked and assisted Elderly individuals. I've worked for a Center for 10 years and still present. I started as a direct care worker in which I monitored and assisted individuals with daily living skills and personal hygiene care. I later transferred to In Home Services as a Coordinator where I supervised 30+ plus workers and managed 40 to 50 cases. I checked on the quality of services being provided by our attendants and made sure individuals or guardians of individuals were satisfied with our service. I am currently the Activities Coordinator where I provide exercising goals for 14 individuals, an activity calendar for 20 individuals (they attend the movies, bowling, prom, rodeo, and etc.), assist with transporting individuals to and from work, and assist with any other task where I'm needed.
