About Marni

I have always had such a heart for seniors! I am currently employed at the YMCA in Hickory and Conover leading Senior Gentle Yoga, and Yoga for Parkinson's. I have experience with dementia in older adults, limited mobility, medication prompting, personal grooming (i. e. bathing, nail and skin care, assistance with dressing) I enjoy guiding older adult's toward leading a positive lifestyle, both mentally and physically. I am an avid crafter, needle-pointer, jigsaw puzzle devotee, and I enjoy living a fruitful life away from social media and the t. v. Intentional living is what I strive for, and hope to share that with those I care for. I am open to any and all caretaking responsibilities, from housekeeping, to meal preparation, errand's of any kind, dr's appointments, and any hands on required responsibilities. I enjoy creating heart healthy meals that actually taste good :) I possess patience, warmth, compassion, and a loving spirit. I look forward to learning how I may best serve you.
