I am a stay-at-home mother to my energetic and intelligent 4-year-old son & our newest blessing; currently, 15-month-old daughter and I love being able to do so. It would be a privilege to look after and care for your little one whenever you are not available. Besides having my own children, I have also worked with children and teens most of my life (of course, starting with babysitting and volunteering, but in my adult profession as well). I worked in the education field for 4 years and volunteered in middle & high school youth ministry as well as elementary religious education for almost 10 years. If you are interested, I am currently teaching ASL and Spanish to my son & daughter and would be happy to teach your family as well. I take my children to music classes and weekly story time (sometimes bilingual story time) at the library. We read all of the time and love park play and other opportunities to play and learn, such as the children's museum, jump & bounce houses, community events or field trips & toddler play groups. While at home, I love to play games, do all sorts of arts & crafts, listen to music & dance & work on pre-K developmental & educational skills in math, phonics, & reading, etc. I wholeheartedly hope to have the opportunity to meet your family. I think, together, our children would benefit from each other and build some wonderful memories. I am confident that with good communication up front and an understanding of your expectations and goals for your little one(s), we can achieve great things and have fun doing it. I am happy to provide additional information and references upon request.

Marlene has been a blessing to our family and specially to my boy E. She is always so kind and goes above and beyond. She is very reliable, sweet and truly cares about the well being of our child. I recommend Marlene 100 percent. Your son/daughter could not be in better hands.
