Marla is both caring and helpful. From the first meeting with her, she put me at ease by keeping the conversation comfortable, allowing me to share deeper subjects at my own pace. The more time I spent under her care the more I found myself opening up to her and asking for guidance about depression, anxiety, addictions I had and more and she delivered guidance every time. She relayed real experiences and hardships in her own life to be able to relate to my situations which made me see my situations from new perspectives. I gained valuable feedback from her to improve my situation while the whole time feeling like I was doing the work, which is kind of the point. I would definitely recommend Marla for any counseling/care provider role.
