About Marla

I am a patient and intuitive caregiver with ample experience in providing quality care for those and their families suffering from progressive illness. Maintaining dignity and instilling the sense of ongoing independence in my clients is very important to me. I do so by assisting with everyday needs while focusing on physical strength, nutrition, and mental well-being. My main goal is to surround the client with the best care team possible in order to keep the client safety and happily in their homes. Skills Daily documentation of behavioral, cognition, activity, or appetite changes. Medication management, administration, and documentation. Coordination and management of appropriate care team based on clientele needs. Transfers and assistance via wheelchair, with walker, and physical therapy. Incontinence care, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene care. Basic household cleaning, grocery shopping, and cooking nutritious meals. Scheduling doctor appointments and activities.
