Mark is a very chill and conversational dude who is always on top of his communication game. He never flaked on us and always responded lightning fast to our messages. We hired him temporarily for a day to take care of my grandpa; he was able to lift him efficiently and take him to the bathroom. He made recommendations for care to make sure my grandpa was as comfortable as possible. He also was able to quickly load my stroke patient grandma into a high elevated car which we usually take quite awhile to do. His last client was a military vet in hospice I believe. Marks a great guy, give him a try and you won’t regret it, also won’t get ghosted or flaked on.
