I agree with other reviews in that she has an authentic personality and energy, at least at first. I hired her for one day at first and things went great. I liked her. Then, she and I had agreed on a rate and schedule two months before she started nannying for us part-time. Then just 3 weeks into the job, as my son started to like her, her demeanor completely changed. She seemed annoyed with his wanting to do the same things over and over (he's almost 3.) She used to converse with me a lot but suddenly became distant. After a few days, I finally asked how she felt about working for us. That's when she let me know she had been offered a better position. I'm happy for her doing what's best for her, despite the amount of time and energy that went into us choosing and waiting for her to start to stop quickly. I'm most disappointed in how her attitude towards my family changed when she had decided to take a different job but didn't dare to tell us yet.
