I currently work for Heritage Christian Services as a Shift Coordinator/Evening Manager. My title requires me to scheduled outings and activities for the individuals who I support. There are 8 individuals in the home I support and there diagnosis all range from autistic, downs syndrome, schizophrenic, PICA, Blind/deaf, unable to walk, non-verbal and high medical needs. I have been working for this agency for a little over a year and within 3 months of employment was promoted to my current position. I absolutely love what I do. The opportunity I have to assist people with achieving their goals and also laughing and sharing memories is priceless. I'am positive, outgoing and creative. I played basketball in high-school and enjoy other outdoor activities. Prior to working at HCS I worked as a per dium art teacher for people with needs. I have set days off from HCS that is Tuesdays and Wednesday the other days of the week the latest I could work is till 3. Thank you for your time!
