About Marian

I have a total of four fruitful years of experience working with children as a child care provider and through those years, I have gained valuable skills such as the ability to effectively multitask, a greater sense of responsibility, showing assertiveness and more importantly, commitment. Further, while I was visiting in the Philippines last summer, I had the opportunity to volunteer and spent time teaching and managing groups of children for a few months at non-profit organization. Being a believer of individual differences, I am adept at individualizing my approach towards each child and designing resourceful and creative activities to cater to their unique abilities and interest. I am passionate about empowering children and helping them reach their full potential. That said, I am a firm believer of interaction and involvement by promoting active learning. I am comfortable dealing with people, both children and adults of different personalities.
