Maria is incredible & i'm heartbroken we ended up moving otherwise we would have tried to keep her forever! She treated my son like family & truly has a heart for children. Maria was dependable, punctual, responded well to feedback & always did her very best. Our son had special needs & Maria did research outside of work hours to find new ways to work with him & improve his condition. Even now, he only eats for her! Maria is the only person outside of my mother in law who we trusted with our super preemie newborn & I had to fire a nanny before her. I work from home so I was around her frequently & saw how consistent & great she was with our son. I cannot articulate how grateful I am for having her in my sons life & she truly helped turn some difficult struggles for him into positive accomplishments. She is like family to us & I'm so sad to lose her as a nanny but am honored to recommend her for any position.
