Experience: 10 yrs
I'm a pediatric nurse with nearly a decade of experience caring for children of all ages and medical needs. Since 2017, I've worked at a local children's hospital--currently, as a pediatric trauma and burn nurse. Additionally, I volunteer as a sleep-away camp counselor for burn survivors ages 8-18, which has strengthened my passion for creating safe, supportive, and fun environments for kids. In addition to extensive hands-on caregiving experience, I am a certified car seat technician, BLS/PALS certified, and Burn Nurse Certified. I'm comfortable caring for children with varying medical, developmental, and emotional needs, and I pride myself on being calm, reliable, and adaptable in any situation. Outside of my medical background, I'm creative, patient, and genuinely enjoy connecting with children and families. I'm comfortable with pets and have reliable transportation. My goal is always to help kids feel safe, supported, and cared for while giving parents peace of mind.
