I have worked with children for 25 years. I have made children my career. I have a degree in education and I am very passionate about what I do. I simply love children and I enjoy spending time with them, watching them grow. I am very artistic and enjoy creating a schedule with a variety of activities that the child(ren) will enjoy. My goals as a nanny are to create an environment: that parent (s) can come home to and just spend time with their child (ren) and not worry about the small things around the house. I would like to see the child(ren) flourish developmentally, emotionally, and, physically where problem solving and socialization are the main focuses for the child(ren). I try to do this by using positive reinforcement and having a happy structure with boundaries! I am a very outgoing, confident, happy, and loving nanny who would love to become part of the family.

Mardee was our nanny for over two years and was a pleasure to work with. Our kids (three kids aged 1-5) loved her and continue to talk about her. She is very knowledgeable in childhood education. A typical day included outings that she scheduled or 'learning centers' within our house where she had designed activities to focus on developing skills. She is a very self-sufficient nanny and managed other activities around the house. However, eventually our children grew to where we no longer needed a full-time nanny.
