I have an absolute passion for special needs children. I am currently working towards my degree in special education. I was able to spend the last two years volunteering in a kindergarten special ed classroom. I worked under some incredible teachers who taught me some invaluable skills. My ultimate goal is for my special needs students to never wonder why they are different; I want them to know they are special because they are different and they can do absolutely anything they set their minds to.

Maggie has volunteered and completed field experience for college in my Kindergarten classroom for the past two years. She is amazing with the students. Their faces always light up when she comes and they look forward to her visits. She is always prompt and meets every task with a contagious positive attitude.
