With the school year coming and most districts deciding to continue on with remote learning, I'd like to offer my assistance in helping the kiddos stay on track. I live in the North Shore Park neighborhood in Mundelein and am willing to take on a "pod" of 4 students. I have my Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder and have years of professional nannying, childcare, and volunteer experience with children. For the past year I was working as a Pre-K teaching assistant for a mixed age classroom, ages 2-5 years old. I had 16 students in the class and incorporated a lot of Montessori techniques within our classroom. I am CPR and First Aid Certified and can provide multiple references! I'd prefer to stick with 1st - 3rd grade for this Pod and can host at my house if need be but would love to have another house as a location as well. Looking forward to meeting you!
