This was my first time hiring someone allowing, essentially, a stranger into my home with all my valued items. And, I'm glad I did!! I was super nervous at first.. I put it off for months scouring various apps.. I was super ashamed and nervous to describe let alone show anyone how out of control I let my home get. But, Madison made it so easy. I took the time to describe the scope of work, space, and the types of messes I needed help with. I was specific about the priorities... what I was looking for, what would be nice versus the spaces and tasks that were of utmost importance for me. I've learned that there is a difference in service and pricing when it comes to a regular general upkeep clean vs. elbow grease deep clean. Which is fair. Be sure to clarify in advance what you want. It was more helpful when I explained the expectations and vision I had in my head to her. Madison was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt and ready to go. To anyone who wants advice. I would say be reasonable. Communicate well and be upfront and clear about the expectations and what you're willing to pay. I'm quite content with the work she put into my space. Lately, I'd felt overwhelmed looking at how unkempt my home was. Madison came right in and did the work for me. I appreciate her time, energy, diligence and hard work I hope those who are kind enough will too.
