I have worked for most of my career with special needs children and adults. I especially love the children. I most recently worked with a little girl who had Cardio-Facio-Cutaneous disorder. She could not walk, talk. She was visually impaired and was tube fed. She had a smile that would light up the world and I did everything in my power to keep a smile on her face. I worked at an agency serving adults with developmental disabilities. I found the adults who had Downs Syndrome particularly delightful to be with.
