20 years experience working with preschoolers and elementary school students who have special needs. My passion is ASL. I can carry on a conversation in American Sign Language. I am pursuing a certificate in ASL. I am hoping to find work with students who are deaf or hard of hearing. I also like working with higher functioning individuals with special needs such as Asperger's or Downs Syndrome without requiring lifting and toileting assistance. I have ABA experience, error-less teaching experience, PECS, ASL, Handwriting without tears, math touchpoints and other programs used to teach and tutor young students.
