I am a friendly, loyal and clearly dedicated individual who has an ambition to succeed in any given environment. I love to learn, and I am always up to a challenge whatever the situation is. I seek employment in the early childhood development field, where I can utilize my education, training, and vast experiences. My philosophy of working with children and children with special needs is that quality childcare begins with me. I model this to my students, their parents, my staff, and always to myself. I have worked professionally for 17 years with children as a special needs, infant, toddler, special needs, home schooling teacher. Please see my resume as it outlines all of my places of employment, certifications and references which I encourage you to call. I have an abundance of experience working with and living with children with ADHD. My eldest son was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 4, that prompted me educate myself on this subject. I returned to college at that time and received all of my child development and special needs certifications. Through the discovery of my son's condition I found my true passion -- to help children and educate parents as well. I understand the many challenges presented to a family who have a child with ADHD. I am interested in this opportunity and look forward to speaking with you to see if there is a positive connection with all involved. Please don't hesitate to ask me anything about my experiences and personal life regarding this opportunity.

She was my daycare provider and a teacher for my daughter for 4 years, Her daycare was running like a preschool with formal lessons for children, fun activities and nutritional menus that promoted the educational development of my daughter. Some of the best qualifications I noticed on Lisa during this time was her professionalism, organizational skills, dedication and loving care she was always giving all the children in her daycare. She encourage integration at all times, since she had children coming from different cultural backgrounds as well as children with special needs, she made sure all of them learn the valuable lesson of getting along with everybody regardless of her differences. Through these awesome lessons my daughter became friends with a special needs child at the daycare and she learned to be kind and patient. She organized parent meetings to talk about the progress of our children and gave us tips to work with them at home to continue their learning process. All the hard work the Lisa did with my daughter in getting her ready for Kindergarten reflected right away in her first year of school. She knew all her letters and numbers by the time she started Kindergarten which help her to start reading with fluency right away, her social skills developed well and she expressed herself really good. When Lisa informed me that she was moving out to another state I was devastated since I really wanted to continue having the quality care she always gave to my daughter the same to my second daughter. I can honestly say that until this day I have not being able to find a Teacher like Lisa. She was the best teacher a preschooler can have; she always focused in doing her work with a high level of professionalism that is one of a kind and great care that is really hard to find. If you have any more questions about this reference, please feel free to contact me. Lisa really made a positive difference in my daughter's life. Any child having her as a teacher should consider him or herself lucky.
