Hi there, my name is Lillie and I'm an energetic and creative 21-year-old! I started nannying/babysitting when I was 16 and sticked with childcare since then love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a full time position, with a minimum of a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $15/hour. I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and have taken online courses in child development. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused , and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, outside time and creative play, and encouraging independent time, and outings when appropriate. Lillie was great with my 2 toddlers and I had very high hopes for her. However, she is unreliable and canceled last minute, twice. She had part time hours based on her availability and was only with us for 3 weeks. The second week she canceled due to being sick and the third week she canceled to go on vacation earlier than planned (we knew about her vacation days in advance to plan around them). Very disappointing.
