Luisa is FANTASTIC. I usually hire highly experienced teachers and she is right up there with the best of them. She was always a few minutes early to be ready to go at the appointed time (vs arriving at the appointed time), she is highly organized, and she is a self-starter. She does not wait for you to figure out what she should do, she sees what needs to be done and makes a suggestion about how to get there. I am grateful for every single day we had with her. Somehow she motivated our child to clear out a backlog of assignments in a matter of days, she suggested that I have her upload all of it, and she figured out the program to do so. She kept us updated on progress, she carefully observed our child and the online classes to report back, and she kept things running in a smooth, timely, stress-free way. She also practices positive motivation / encouragement, which we loved. She is just a kind, respectful, trustworthy person towards children and adults alike. Hire her if you can.
