We absolutely loved working with Letty. We hired her as our night nanny and she started with us when our baby was just 2 weeks old. She helped us sleep train her until she was sleeping through the night consistently at 5 months. During that time she helped us through all of the different phases of sleep. First it was bringing the baby to me to breastfeed in the middle of the night. Then, transitioning baby to a bottle and taking over the night feedings. We were using the Snoo so Letty also helped us to transition baby from there to the crib when the time was right. We really appreciated all of the helpful tips and guidance she provided along every stage from her previous experience working with other babies. She was always respectful with offering her ideas and was truly a huge help. We absolutely will work with her again if we have baby #2!
