Am fast, efficient, organized & creative. Have great judgment skills, planning and organizing skills, high-stress tolerance and energy level. Once I get to know my boss well, I have the ability to anticipate their needs and take care of them before being asked.

Leticia was my babysitter for years before her family had to move due to her husband's work transfer. Myself and my children were devastated when she moved, but I also wanted to make sure that others could benefit from her good work as well. Leticia is not only excellent with children, she is also a responsible babysitter who remains calm in a crisis situation. She is a certified expert in first aid and CPR, which was something that always put my mind at ease. Leticia needs little to no direction as she knows exactly what needs to be done and when. She is very smart when it comes to screening any unexpected visitors. One of the aspects of Leticia's personality that I appreciated the most was her ability to a lean fast learner always keep the children calm. Whether there was a strange noise outside the house or the kids just did not want to go to bed, she was always able to maintain order. I strongly recommend her for any position as she is highly adaptable.
