I am a mature and very experienced nanny. I am also a married mother of two. My oldest is a college student and my youngest is 9 years old. My husband is a firefighter for the City of Scottsdale. I am currently working out of my home. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I do not have more than 3 children in my home at a time. I am set up for infants through the age of three. I have a very clean, safe, pet free, smoke free home. I am a very patient, loving, warm caring mother and care provider. I tend to form long lasting relationships with the families I work for. I love children and teaching through play. I took baby sign classes with my youngest and learned how to sign. I am very active and like to stay busy with the children that I am caring for. I love watching a baby grow and learn. I have many educational/developmental toys for every age. We do a lot of reading, singing and one on one play. I more references upon request.

Micki spent over two years working with our family to care for our daughter. My daughter was just under one year old when Micki took over full time care, as I entered myself back into the work place. My daughter flourished under Micki s kind care. Micki kept her on our schedule and followed all our requests for food, drink, and re-directions. Micki was easy to communicate with regarding any of our concerns with her. In fact, Micki is a mother herself and often had ideas for us to approach certain milestones like coming off the bottle or potty training. Additionally, Micki s husband is a fireman and my daughter loved going to visit the firehouse. More importantly, Micki was very active with her, this was important to me. She loved doing art projects and activities with her/ Micki was not passive in her care for my child but very much an active participant. My daughter was ready to move on to preschool and we had to sadly lose Micki. Any family would be lucky to have Micki care for their most loved and cherished possession.
