Primarily, I have worked with children throughout my life. I began working with special needs children during my college years and absolutely loved it, which is why I majored in psychology. In my spare time, I volunteered for Special Olympics, Davidson Respite House, and through many more agencies. Graduating for college, I began work at Head Start of Greater Dallas, as their Special Needs Specialist, where I transported children to their therapies, and worked with autistic, ADD, cerebral Bell's palsy, and speech delayed children. Working with children has always been a passion of mine, I personally grew up with 8 children in my household, and I was the oldest of all, therefore taking a guardian/nurturer role.
