Hi my name is Leola Bland, I've been working with people with special needs for 14 years. I do in-facility care and home health care. I worked at Cross Roads for seven years with consumers with disabilities, I bath, dress cook and feed, hygiene care laundry, give medications take vital signs monitor, report, change briefs and take consumer to doctor's appointments. I work with people with special needs to increase their quality of living. I'm CPR and First aide Certified, also a retired Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician for 21 years, It was a great feeling to dialysis to patients with kidney failure to help prolong their lives. I'm a people person, I'm kind, gentle and a loving person. I have one adult daughter in college for RN.
