Lee-Ann is everything I hoped she would be. I'm older and have a few special needs. She addresses those when asked, and she cleans my house every 2 weeks. She's friendly, appears to be completely honest and reliable, and appears to be thorough. My only disappointment is that she doesn't climb ladders, can't do higher things such as cleaning fan blades on ceiling fans and changing light-bulbs in the ceilings. Other than that, I'm totally pleased.
