About Lea

I have been in the field of education for over 15 years. I have an California Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential, which allows me to teach grades K-8. I have taught both in the classroom and virtually as well. In addition, to my teaching credential, I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I have extensive experience providing support to individuals with unique learning needs including but not limited to special educations students/individuals. I have a strong passion for working with individuals who have unique needs and believe that every individual has the ability to be successful given the appropriate support, compassion and guidance. I approach all students with an open heart & mind and always with kindness.
