I've worked with seven families with 1-5 children ranging in ages 3 months to 13 years. In my last job, I nannied a 2-year-old boy. We worked on the alphabet, shapes, animals and colors. I successfully worked on getting him to sleep in his crib, getting off the bottle and potty training. I also assisted the family with laundry and organization. When nannying older children, I kept them focused when working on homework, drove them to their activities, monitored their screen time and assisted the parents with laundry and occasional meal prep.
I have limited experience with special needs children, but could learn specifics about their care if needed. I attended one year of college at Texas State University and have completed several child care online classes. I'm great with pets and I come with references. Looking for full time work.
