I'm First Aid/CPR/AED Certified, Parents As Teachers Trained (PAT) I can assist in many different educational information to help stimulate the child's brain. My degree Early Childhood Education, as well as a Childhood Development Associate certified Home visiting (CDA). I worked with all ages of children, from birth to 19 years of age, including twins in a shelter setting, respite care, special needs, babysitting, childcare, nanny, sleep trained. I love children, and I'm family-oriented. I believe that we are children's first teachers. I have been working with families & children for over 35 years as a foster parent, family advocate, outreach worker, juvenile detention, transitional living mentor to young girls, and adults with disabilities!

We could not have ever asked for a better nanny. Lavera tended to our infant in her home, which was comfortable, very clean, and perfect for our little one. She constantly communicated with us and gave us ample notice if she needed a day off or if the baby was getting low on supplies. She was accommodating and reliable. There is absolutely no one else we would trust with our child like Lavera. We are lucky to have met her.
