I am a licensed middle grades math teacher as well as a certified special education k-12 and ESOL instructor. I have taught math 7 and Pre-Algebra (Math 8) for the past seven years, and I have also led test prep sessions for state and district testing in addition to math remediation sessions. I also teach seventh and eighth grade science and have tutored in the areas of math, science, reading, writing, and Spanish. I enjoy helping students find strategies that work for their unique learning styles and promoting executive functioning through organizational, note-taking, and study habits.
