I was had two occasions to speak to Laura in depth. She impressed me as very sincere and sweet. She was on time to our meetings and well prepared. My daughter happens to be someone who is exceptionally challenging to work with, and the only reason I did not hire Laura was that I felt the personalty match/connection between the two of them was lacking. I had no reservations about her capabilities as a caregiver otherwise.
