Laura took wonderful care of my grandparents. She was loving, compassionate and did things just to make them happy, like polishing my grandmothers finger nails and driving my grandfather to visit with his tennis buddies when he could no longer play due to congestive heart failure. Grandma had diabetes, and had had her thyroid removed because of cancer. She found it difficult to talk sometimes but Laura always had a sense of what she wanted. The biggest compliment I can give Laura is I'd want her to care for me the same way she did with my grand parents.
