About Lamina

Hello! I am a certified elementary school teacher with three years of classroom experience. I have worked with students in both general education and special education settings, and I love helping children grow in confidence and develop a love of learning. I hold a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and a master's degree in Childhood Education and Special Education. I also have experience tutoring and substituting, which has allowed me to support students across multiple grade levels and subject areas. My approach is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each child's needs and goals. I am CPR/First Aid certified and comfortable with pets. Whether your child needs ongoing academic support or help preparing for specific skills, I am here to help them succeed.
